Specified board does not have chan/gain queue

Solved!

I run a Mesurement Computing PC-Card DAS16 /12-ao with version 10.1Dasylab. It started to give an error message on a new worksheet, "Specified board does not have Chan/gain queue."  Is this a timing block size issue.

This is specific to the MCC-DAQ driver in V10, and will not happen with the new MCC-DRV driver that shipped with V11.

You need to go to the hardware settings for the MCC-DAQ board, and unselect the cbALoadQueue

From the Help for the MCC-DAQ Hardware Setup:

Tab Functions of the Analog Input

If you do not select a function, the driver uses a 12 bit resolution for data acquisition.

  • cbALoadQueue — Loads the A/D boards channel/gain queue. This function only works with A/D acquisition boards that have such a hardware. If you use the virtual demonstration board, you cannot select this setting.

  • 12, 14, or 16 specify the resolution of the A/D acquisition. If you specify the resolution of the acquisition board incorrectly, the driver measures with the standard 12 bit resolution. If you use the virtual demonstration board, you must select 16 bit.
