Tuning PID for temperature control

Holding a profile like this would probably require the DASYLab Pro Sequence Generator to create the set point curve and the Two-Point Control module to monitor against it..

Measurement Computing (MCC) has free technical support. Visit www.mccdaq.com and click on the "Support" tab for all support options, including DASYLab.

The presets of the PID parameters are complementary. The operation site should be fine-tuned according to the actual situation: the controlled physical quantity oscillates around the target value. First, increase the integral time I. If there is still oscillation, the proportional gain P can be appropriately reduced. Difficult to restore after the controlled physical quantity change, first of all increase the proportional gain P, if the slow recovery still may be appropriate to reduce the integration time I, may also increase the differential time D.
