how do i know, the dasylab version?

I am not very good at english, because i am from Brazil. I am technician of an enterprise's IT department. I have installed dasylab in a notbook with win xp, we have a license, but a find out a problem i expect someone could help me as fast as its possible. the problem is... 

The Dasy lab menu's bar is incomplete it doesn't appear module, options, tools, view, edit. It only appear file, measuerment, window and help.

How can i do for the menu appears complete with all resources.

How can i do to know my dasylab version? Iits only written dasylab 2011 vesion 11.00.00 i don't know if it's lite, pro, basic, full.

Are you at MSA?

In any case, go to the menu->About and click on the options TAB.  There you will find the options purchased

Sorry for the confusion,

it does sound like you have a bad installation.  If you contact your local reseller with the SN, you should be able to receive the proper information.

WHat happened when you installed the CD?  which option doid you get after you entered the SN?

I did a typical installation with the more common features used. after this select my equipment drivers iotech e national instruments.

If it is a runtime version, then what you see is correct.

The only thing the user will be capable on doing is running a previously created file with a higher version of DASYLab
