transfering data from Daisylab to Labview

I need to acquire some signals using daisylab, but then I need to process this signals using LabVIEW. How can I transfer the acquired signals from Daisylab to LabVIEW.

I have never used Daisylab, but I have experience with LabVIEW, I am currently using the version 8.0.

Thanking in advance,

Cristian

you can use datasocket output module or Icom output module.

Datasocket is simplest, but you are not sure to receive all data. Use it only for slow data transfert.

I need to perform the measurements and then save them to disk. Then, later, I need to open this saved data with LabVIEW.

Could you please tell me how to save the data to file in Daisylink? Should I save this data (for example a waveform) to an ascii file or to a database?

Can I open this files directly from LabVIEW?

What i do, i save all data in ascii format ( option multi file for big or long experiment ) with the rights options.

After, for reports or analyse, i use Dasylab again ( without real time option ) or Labview, Excel, Matlab ...

The DASYLab to LabVIEW migration kit has a DASYLab DDF File VI example, allowing you to read the DASYLab DDF data directly.
DASYLab can also store data in the Diadem format.
Measurement Computing (MCC) has free technical support. Visit www.mccdaq.com and click on the "Support" tab for all support options, including DASYLab.
