HELP! How to use SP7 write M single bool

I want to use the API of SP7 write M single bool writing a bit in S7 1500 M memory. But there is only Item offset (bit) input of API. What is the Item offset without item # input, for example M23.1?

the offset for M23.1 is

23*8 + 1 = 185
