8 MB Data and Time axes

Hallo,
i ve a problem.
I save 8 MB(app. 8 million Values) Daten in einem Array and i want to display this in Diadem.
Wenn i send the Array to Diadem, it takes 4-5 min.
Is it possible to decrease this time???
and i take 8 millione Value from ForLoop. Then i send it to Diadem.
When i display Array in Diadem, the x-axes is number of Array. But i want to display the real Time, which is saved.
Thanks..
Hakan

Hi Hakan,

Your VI takes about 5 seconds to run on my computer.  The TDM file with the 4 channels of length 8388608 takes also about 5 seconds to load into DIAdem.

My guess is your computer needs more memory,

Hello Hakan,

"When i display Array in Diadem, the x-axes is number of Array. But i want to display the real Time, which is saved."

If you want to display your real Time channel as the x-axes, then you have to choose the real time channel first. Select the y-axes channel/(s) by holding the control button too, and put them (drag&drop) onto the 2D-axis-system.

You can also change the properties by doubleclicking your graph-window.

Hallo Brad and Alex,

Thanks for your Replies.

my PC has 980 MB RAM.

Actually, i want to take 8 MB Data with VISA for 4 Channel and save it in my PC then display with DIAdem.

it takes 20 sec from VISA. and saving into PC takes 30 sec.

Is it possible to decrease that???

Because 50 sec. is too long...

Thanks
