ATML 5.0 Support

Does DIAdem have a data plugin for ATML 5.0?  TestStand 2012 now generates ATML 5.0 reports by default.

I am aware of the ATML 2.0 data plugin, but would like to take advantage of ATML 5.0.

Hello LVB,

The ATML 5.0 DataPlugin is almost done and is currently undergoing testing in house and should be available within the next few weeks on the NI DataPlugin Website.

Hi LVB,

Here's a prototype ATML 5.0 DataPlugin.  I think this is what will post to the www.ni.com/dataplugins site shortly, though there may be the odd last minute edit.  Still, this DataPlugin is working well for me.
