Hi,
The Navigator in my DIAdem 2015, 64 bit, is behaving oddly. I have created new search areas many times but on one computer the Settings>My Data Finder>Configure is grayed out. Did I inadvertently change a setting to disable the data finder? I did remove the default search areas so now the navigator shows no search areas configured.
Thanks,
Dave

Hello Dave,
If you are using Windows 10, this update might help solve your issue. There was a Windows 10 update that breaks something in the DataFinder Desktop Edition of DIAdem 2015, and an update for the DataFinder Desktop Edition for Windows 10 can be found here (the table formatting is acting up, thus the weird display of the table below - sorry):

Update of NI DataFinder Desktop Edition 2015 (MyDataFinder) for Windows 10
After a Windows 10 update to Version 1607, MyDataFinder cannot be configured anymore. Executing the attached installer, solves this problem and can be used for all versions of DataFinder Desktop Edition 2015 (with and without Service Pack). This update also solves the same problem for LabVIEW DataFinder Toolkit.

That fixed the problem, Otmar. I think my Windows 10 did do an update not long ago. I guess Microsoft didn't test it with DIAdem.
Thank you for the quick response. I'm back in business again.
