Can't open TDF-Files from Pimento with plugin

Hello,

I want to open an TDF-File which belongs to the software Pimento (version 6.1). I Installed the TDF Data Plugin, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Can you provide me a dataset example of the TDF-Files?

And please define “it doesn’t work”; is there an error message or what is your problem with these files?

Hello Jakob,

I have already contacted the support and accorded them the TDF-File. They also had the problem with the plugin and are searching for a solution. But thanks for your offer.

When I try to open the file, DIAdem tells me, that it can't open the file and I sould look into the logfile for an error report. But the entry with the error message is empty, so I can't specify.
