There is no angular rate defined in the DIAdem. My problem here is I want to add the deg/sec which was orginally obtain from data acqusition system to DIAdem then convert it into radians. What should I do? Thanks!!

Hi cococrane,
You're right, deg/sec does not appear to be defined in the default unit catalog of DIAdem 2012 and earlier, and it should be. The simplest thing would be to add the "deg/sec" unit to DIAdem's unit catalog yourself as a custom unit of the quantity angular velocity, along with the rad/s and 1/min units that do ship in the catalog. Alternatively you could multiply your channel by 2*pi/60 with the standard scaling dialog in the ANALYSIS panel.

Hey cococrane,
Weird, today I looked again at a fresh DIAdem 2012 SP2 installation, and the deg/s unit was there. I don't think it was added in SP1 or SP2, but it's definintely there in DIAdem 2012 SP2.

Sorry about the weird name and icon-- not sure how that happened.
