Solved!

Hi,

Is there a way where I can copy data in column/row from excel and paste it on XTable column / row. I would need this feature in DIAdem 11.1 using Windows 7.

Looking forward for your help at the earliest

Thanks in advance

Priya

Hey Priya,

The best way to do this would be by utilising the Excel Import Wizard. These help files provide a thorough explanation into their use:

If you're interested in doing this programatically, this knowledge base article goes through that as well:

Hi Guys,

You could first paste it into a VIEW table, then you can access the information in those new channels in the Data Portal.

Hey Brad,

I will not be able to access the channel. I have this XTable included in the sud for entering additional informations for my processing. So what I need is; I can get this information from an excel column. SO I simple want to copy few rows of a column and paste it to the column of Xtable in a sud.

Is there a way I can get this done?

Thanks,

Priya

Hi Priya,

Here is an example the uses either <Ctrl-V> from the keyboard or a <Paste> button to retrieve the clipboard contents and add them to the XTable starting at the active (last clicked) cell in the XTable.
