Hi Graham,
The thread stops because NI was never able to reproduce the problem. In the last post, we asked additional questions, and it looks like the previous customer stopped trying to answer them.

Thanks for the response. We re-imaged the PC in the end and installed everything from scratch and it's working ok now.
