DIAdem 10.1 queries much slower than 10.0

I have two computers that have created an index of the same directory. One computer has 10.0 another computer has 10.1. If I run the same query on both computers the 10.1 query takes approximately 2.5 minutes to complete versus 5 SECONDS in 10.0.

I don't understand what the difference is.

I deleted and rebuilt the index in 10.1. This had no effect.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
