The DIAdem 11.1 SP 1 is now available:

If you have problems with the installation process, please make sure that the following things are done:

• Close the NI DataFinder in the system tray (right click and select "Exit DataFinder")
• Copy the ZIP file to your DIAdem program directory (in my case that was "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\DIAdem 11.1")
• Right-click on the ZIP file after it was copied and select "Run as Administrator"

That worked for me.
