DIAdem 11.3 Base Edition - text data plugin wizard not available.

I am using DIAdem 11.3 Base Edition and when trying to create a new data plugin the option is greyed out in the file menu (File>>text data plugin wizard) Is this a limitation of the version I am using or do I need to enable something to use this function? Cheers

Both "Text DataPlugin Wizard" and "Excel DataPlugin Wizard" are disabled in the DIAdem Base Edition.

To reach these wizards in DIAdem Base choose "File>>Open" and select "Import Wizard Text" resp. "Import Wizard Excel" from the "File Type" drop down list.
