DIAdem 9 does not surport DAQCard 6062E

I have DIAdem9,DAQ Driver7.2 and DAQCard 6062E installed in my IBM T40 notebook. What I want to do is to acquire data with DAQCard 6062E in the DIAdem9 environment, whereas DIAdem9 does not surport 6062E even 6062E was well configured in the MAX. DIAdem9 detect 6062E as GfSNIDAQ, and in the MAX signal list when the New Entry button was press every time the icons in the selected signals alway show in a red cross. After the NiDAQ input was put on the DAC panel, and was linked to a display indicator and press the button of start to display, the error indicated:"Error from DAC hardware driver GfSNI-DAQ
In output terminal'DLL-in1' not all signals are configured correctly or no signals have been selected please check the settings in this bl
ock".
It will be great appreciated if any one can help me.

thank you very much

Hello jingli,

Actually there should not be a problem with the daqcard6062. Did you test the virtual channels in MAX, are they working properly there?
The new daq drivers contain 2 APIs, the traditional NIDAQ and DAQmx. Only the traditional functions can be used with DIAdem. If you start a testpanel that uses the daqmx functions the board is reserved for this API and won't reply to calls of the traditional driver.
Try following: Go into MAX, expand "devices and interfaces" in the tree on the left side. Rightclick on "traditional NIDAQ devices" and reset driver. If there is an error message, expand "NIDAQmx devices" and reset the 6062 board. Try again to reset the traditional nidaq driver.
Once it is working in MAX there should not be any broblem in DIAdem as well.
