The two DIAdem ANALYSIS dialogs that will calculate the dominant frequency in a channel are "FFT (One Time Signal)" and "Characterize Oscillation", both located in the "Signal Analysis" palette. However, we need a better data set to give you an accurate answer. The dominant frequency is somewhere around 0.1 Hz, but with less than a full period of your signal and only 102 data points, the resolution of that calculation is very poor. Are you able to get a longer data set with more data points and more signal periods?
