Find maximum value from a plot in DIAdem View

Hello,

After I read some unclear posts that almost reached my need, all of them are saying in some way that DIAdem VIEW tab couldn`t acomplish, but they are from 2009. Maybe there´s something new.

I want to have a View Text window, where I can show the average, maximum and minimum values of a channel loaded on Data Portal. I can do this with CCh funtion, that's fine.

But here goes my doubt, is there a way to show in the Text window, the points mentioned above from a plot of a 2D system that would be on the same page of the Text window. I mean, instead of using the whole channel, I want to use the data on the graph so I could use zoom to measure (max, min and mean) from only a portion of the channel data.

If this isn't possible, could I get only the data zoomed on a 2D system and paste on a new channel, and then use the CCh function in Text Window????

This example might do what you are trying to do, I am not 100% sure, but figured it would be worth a shot:

It sounds like this might help you along ...The dialog that is floating with the statistics results could be embedded into the VIEW screen as well ...

It is almost what I want, I will need to modify it a little bit. If I stuck into something, I'll be back on this post again...
