How Do I Place a Text Label on a Graph Cursor?

Hi,

I want when i play the graph i would be able to see that 0 representing off , 1 is on, 2 is sleep, 3 is restart.

(the channel representing a situational graph)

 it could be on the graph or in the ledges side window inside the graph area.

Do you mean something similar to what is shown in the example "Background Segments in DIAdem VIEW"?
