How can I measure a single analog value within a VB script of DIADEM?

Hi,

this question might be too easy for the pro's, but for me it is the "Gordian Knot"

I do have all the analog input channels visible within the DAC view, they are connected to the visual elements inside DIADEM VISUAL and when I start the Visual, I can see the values changing.

Additional I want to have a VB script running which is capable to read a force from the channel "aiForce" and a stroke from the channel "aiStroke" to do some special calculations.

Possible that I do not see the tree within the wood.

Can someone give me a hint? Or a solution?

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it might be the solution to your questions, so I'll give this a shot:

There is a block in DIAdem DAC called fx (in the "processing" section) that can perform online calculations:

Simply wire the signal you wish to process into this block, they can come from the same input block or from multiple different input blocks.

You can enter the formula you wish to use after double clicking on the fx block:
