Hello punkmonkey,
If you are working interactive and if you change
something in the unit catalog DIAdem saves your changes automatically in the
user local DIAdem desktop folder with the same name of the current Desktop file
but the extension TUC.
Via script you can use the commands "UnitCatalog.SaveAs" and "UnitCatalog.OpenExternalCatalog"
For the next DIAdem version it is planned to extend
this functionality and to have an UI for that.
