How to modify a dll file?

We use DIADEM 8.0 and the iso13499.dll to import iso files.To import iso file by using this dll the cr/lf must be the 80 characters of the line.Sometimes the cr/lf is not the 80 character and it's not possible to import the file.So I would to modify the dll in order to be able to import all the iso files.

I believe there is no way to change a compiled DLL by yourself.

Please contact me directly with a more description of your problem and please provide a few example files that won't load with the existing DLL and I will see what we can do to have this modified to meet your needs.
