I would like to use Diadem to integrate the output of dynamic accelerometers twice to get position. Is there a good way in Diadem to null out any accelerometer bias?

Are you talking about just providing a null reference for your data?  In DIAdem, you can offset your data in the analysis window before you do any of your integration.  In Analysis, go to Basic Mathematics, then pick Offset Correction to make an offset for any of your channels.  You can then use that offset channel with your time channel to do the integration.
