Installation on Windows2003, Activation appears with every start

Hy all,

as an absolute newbie I tried to install DIAdem 11.0 on a CITRIX Presentation Server and thought, it works.

Well, the activation was successfull, but with each start I have to activate DIAdem again and when finished,

it doesn't start anyway....

Any suggestions?

Hello mac_laut,

Thank you for posting on the Ni Discussion Forums.  If you take a look at the release notes for DIAdem 11.0 (under your <DIAdem 11.0> installation directory) you will notice that the supported operating systems for DIAdem 11.0 are:

·         Windows 2000 Update Rollup 1 for Service Pack 4

·         Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 or later

·         Windows Vista 32 bit, optionally with Service Pack 1

·         Windows Vista 64 bit (as 32 bit application)  

Do you have access to any of these operating systems?  There is no guarantee that DIAdem 11.0 will function on a CITRIX Presentation Server, as we do not test for functionality with it.  If you feel that this would be a good addition to the supported operating systems, then please feel free to make a product suggestion at our Product Suggestion Center.

Oooops, thank you and sorry; sometimes it's worth to read the documentation; even though I thought, it should be no problem on Windows2003.
