PicPdfExport error

Hello,

i am getting error while executing PifPdfExport commant in Diadem.

Please see the attachment.

when i run my script i am not getting this error. one of my client from Germany getting this error.

Can any one help me solve this issue.

Hi sunil,

Based on that error dialog, it looks like this is from an ENORMOUS script application.  But let's start with a simple question-- how many REPORT sheets are populated with the PicPdfExport() command is called?  I'm wondering if perhaps your computer is running out of RAM trying to export to PDF.

i have used PicPdfExport command at 3 places.

first place runs fine which will export more sheets (Around 80 to more than 100) .

second place Errors out, which will print 1 page (Bargraph).

third place runs fine, which would pring aroung < 20 pages.

this error is very irregular.

is this error is depenmdent on region(Asia,Europe,USA)?

Please help me. our client is very unhappy with this error.

Hi sunil,

I don't have any suggestions yet.  Can you send me the *.TDR file for that bar graph and a representative data set for just that bar graph?  Perhaps that will offer up some clues.
