Has anyone written a script to automaticallycollate all data for a given sample or batch number and put it into a tdm file,say daily?
What I want to do is enable a user to instantly changecomparison vector. Say for example, I want to compare photoluminescence ofsamples who have current greater than a particular threshold (two different experimental techniques performed on the same sample). If I leave the tdms files of each technique separate, I'd run a DIAdem group search for a current maximum greater than the threshold, whichwould give me sample IDs, which I could search against filetype to get all thephotoluminescence data for those samples.
If I had each sample's data collated, I could search within thesummary files for current > threshold, and then directly compare all of thePL channels to each other.
