Hi Austin,
You shouldn't get that new error if the DataPlugin is correctly installed. Try going to Add/Remove Programs and uninstalling both MDF DataPlugin versions, then afterwards reinstall only the 4.0 version. You should not have more than one DataPlugin of the same name installed on the same computer. VBScript DataPlugins automatically supercede previous versions-- I'm actually not sure what msi installer DataPlugins do if you don't uninstall the old one first.
