Unfortunately, there is not a built-in tool to analyze the data from a standard TestStand database schema.
However, you could always use a VBScript within DIAdem to import data from a TestStand database. DIAdem allows you to use both ODBC and ADO commands to your database. There is a short information KnowledgeBase online
KnowledgeBase 2O08TSZL: Loading data from databases into DIAdem that may be of help if you are using DIAdem 8.1.
