USI error when loading TDMS file

A Labview project is generataing TDMS files, on my computer the TDMS files are opended correctly in Excel.

While on other computers the users receives the following error: "Warning: The datatype of the channel 'NAME OF CHANNEL' is not supported by USI!"

This results in that when viewed in Excel, the channels contains 0 data. When I try to open the same file on my computer I get all the data.

Do you have the latest version of excel addins installed on the other machines?

Which DIAdem/USI version are you using (DIAdem about box) and is NI Software installed on the other machines.

The issue was fixed by updating to DIAdem 2012
