Unable to installed DIAdem Version 8.1

Hi,

Just installed version Labview 7.0. Then I tried installing DIAdem 8.1 that I purchased with Labview 7.0. While installing DIAdem, I got the following message - PLEASE ENTER THE LICENSE - DISK

I tried replacing DIAdem disk with Labview 7.0 disc - did not help. I also tried assigning the path to Labview 7.0 installed in my c: drive. This did not help either. I am unable to find any installation guide to DIAdem.

Hi Capal,

DIAdem 8.1 and earlier versions used Aladdin software licensing.  The installer at one point will ask you to find your "diadem.lic" license file.  You just need to navigate to the folder that the "diadem.lic" file is located in.  The license file would have been sent you via email after your original purchase.  If you have lost it, you will need to contact the Contracts group at NI to see if they can find you in their records and create a new one.
