Hi Justin,
Please try the following exact sequence of activities:
1) Remove the Excel TDM Add-In from the list of Add-Ins in your Excel
2) Close all Excel windows
3) Uninstall the Excel TDM Add-In from Add and Remove Programs
4) Reinstall the Excel TDM Add-In
5) Launch Excel
Let us know if that still doen't fix the problem,

Hi Brad,
Thanks for your reply. I have followed your instructions and still do not get the add-in icon to show up.

Hi Justin,
Do you have DIAdem or LabVIEW or CVI or MeasurementStudio or SignalExpress installed, and if so which version of each? Recent versions of these NI software applications install the TDM Excel Add-In. It sounds like in your initial post you were indicating that the Add-In at one point did show up in Excel and then later disappeared. Is this correct, or has it never appeared in your Excel 2007? Have you reinstalled or upgraded Excel since the first time the Add-In was installed, or have you installed any other Add-Ins or applications (MathCAD, SQL Server) during this time?
As you can see I'm fishing for clues here. This is a very unusual situation you're describing. Does this occur on any other computers?

Hi Brad,
In response to your questions, the add-in did originally show up and work for me in Excel 2007, and at some point it disappeared. I have Excel 2003 install as well, and it works fine in that program. I have not reinstalled or upgraded Excel since the add-in was first installed, nor installed any other add-ins.
I have the follow NI programs installed:
Labview 8.6
CVI 8.5
DIAdem 10.2
SignalExpress 3.0
Measurement and Automation Explorer 8.5
There is a possibility that I installed DIAdem after I originally installed the add-in, but I am not certain.
As for other computers, I have successfully installed the add-in on two seperate machines, but not without problems. On one of them, the addin only allows me to read in 65,535 lines at a time (while using Excel 2007). On the third machine, the add-in seems to function properly, but I cannot open all of the files that I need to (as discussed in another thread here: http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=60&message.id=10192#M10192) .
