Hi joeviv,

Can you be a little more specific?  Do you have multiple files with the same channels in them where one data set was segmented over multiple data files of the same format?

Can you load one of these files into DIAdem?  What file format is it?

Have you tried loading both files into DIAdem?

I would like to be able to understand how to do this for different data sets. Each data set would have the same channels, different runs. Example one would be two .txt files run @ 400 rpm and @500 rpm. Then I may want to append 200,300,400,500 ect.. Then if I can understand how to do that, for a complete different test, I want to append 4-6 data sets from different days of runs. All runs will have the same channels. Just shut the test down overnight and resume in the morning, the test produces a new data file. Attached is the first example. Thanks for your help, I'm kinda new diadem.

Hi joeviv,

I wrote a DataPlugin for the 2 files you posted (joeviv_TXT).  You'll need to double-click on the joeviv_TXT.uri file to register it.

I also made minor modifications to an the "Importing Data From Multiple DataPlugin Files.VBS" script to call the joeviv_TXT DataPlugin.  Just run that script from the DIAdem-SCRIPT panel and select the TXT files you want to concatenate.  I also tweaked the "Concatenated Chs.TDV" VIEW layout file to show your particular channels grouped on two graphs.
