hello i am begginer in use diadem
could you tell me how should look function in calculator in some simply example. i have 2 chanell ,in 1 chanell i have data, in 2 chanel i want have the same data but not in the same verse, so
chanel2,verse1= chanel1verse2 and this function schould work i all 2chanell

Hi,
tut mir leid, aber so ganz habe ich die Aufgabenstellung noch nicht verstanden. Möchtest du Kanäle kopieren?

i give the most simple example on calculation on verse data, not on chanell, in excel it will look that: in cell B2 will be function "=A1" ( when column A it is my first chanell and B second)
i just start use diadem and dont know that basic function, i must analyse preasure in internal combustion engine, but firs i must know how i can do chanel which will be depend on other data in oder chanel and other VERSE

vers it is line, when you have data numbers are in one kolumn exmaple:
chanel : A B
line(verse)
1 4,2 0
2 3,6 4,2
3 4,5 3,6
4 3,15 4,5
and in this example A1=B2

Hi zz,
The only reason I can think of to want to shift the rows up one from Ch1 to Ch2 is if you wat to subtract Ch2 from Ch1 to get the point by poin t delta of Ch1's values. If this is what you want to do, please use the ANALYSIS function "Calculate Differences" (DELTA icon) in the "Basic Mathematcs" palette. If this is not what you want to do with Ch1 and Ch2, what DO you want to do with this row-shifted data?

Hi zz,
maybe the following example does what you expect:
CHD(lineA,"YourChannelGroup/CHA" )= CHD( lineB, "YourChannelGroup/CHB" )
e.g.:
CHD(1,"YourChannelGroup/CHA" )= CHD(2, "YourChannelGroup/CHB" )
You can run this line in the diadem-calculator...

Hi zz,
in this case you can copy the channel and delete the first value of the copy channel like:
Call ChnCopy(ChnNameA, ChnNameB)
Call DataBlDel(ChnNameB,1,1,1)

hehe indeed it is way to copy chanell , reality i must do more complicated function and i wil not copy chanel in my work i juts want know how i can make calculation on line, one of more complicated function what i must do in my work is:
chanell3 line5 = if (chanell2line4>0 , true=(chanell1line1+chanell1line2+chanell1line3+chanell1line4)/4,false=0) -that will look function in cell =chanell3line5, but i want have automatically in cell =chanell3line6 function:
chanell3 line6 = if (chanell2line5>0 , true=(chanell1line2+chanell1line3+chanell1line4+chanell1line5)/4,false=0)
