It's hard to know exactly what you're asking from the 7 words you typed. For example, if you're asking whether the source code of DIAdem ANALYSIS panel functions can be edited by users, the answer is "no". But, if you're asking whether the result channels of a calculation can be edited after it runs, the answer is "yes". And, if you're asking whether one can create a custom calculation in DIAdem, using either the Channel Calculator or the Calculation Manager, then the answer is again "yes".
