plugin for .ivm file

I am using DIAdem 2010 and I have tried many times to craft a plugin for the .ivm files that are created from our I-V curve tracer, but have had no real success. I can open it in Excel as a space delimited type and create Voltage and Current headers, but this is too manual of a process to be effective. Can you please help?

I am including both a raw/unprocessed data file ( zip file) and a processed file (.xlsx)  as examples.

For some reason I can not download your posted files from this thread.  Maybe it will clear up later, but how about you email these files to dataplugins@ni.com, which is the standard avenue anyway for DataPlugin requests.
