Hi GDU,

What version of DIAdem are you using?  What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed?  I've never seen this error before.

Hi GDU

The problem you have is not DIAdem specific but all help files of your system will have this problem. If you open for example the "Windows Help and Support Center" (Start >> Help and Support) and try to click any "Related topic" on the bottom of any page this will not work. Because we knew this problem could be caused by an old version of the IE we show the message, but it should only say that the related functionality is no available.
Up to know we only know that this problem could occur if you use a very old IE (Version 4 or 5). The related ActiveX was updated with a IE 6 or later.
To solve your problem please give me some more information.
Do you have Windows XP Service Pack 3 installed?
Have you installed all windows updates?
Have you try to install a release version of IE8? I know that some of the beta versions had this problem.

In the meantime we will try to found a solution of this problem.
