What is this VIEW==>REPORT transfer template that you speak of? I'm aware of a Powerpoint template to use when exporting from REPORT to a *.ppt file, and of course you can load REPORT templates from a stored *.tdr file.
I have constructed customer transfers from VIEW to REPORT before that used a *.tdr file, but this involves some careful VBScript programming and pretty solid knowledge of how DIAdem works. It doesn't sound from your description like you've done this.
What led you to believe that there is a template for VIEW==>REPORT transfers?
