Sharing module templates / source code control

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi All,

In a project where multiple developers are working together using github, I was wondering what the best way was to share a DQMH module template.

I didn't see an obvious way to do it using the DQMH template creation, since it relies on paths on your PC, though I'm sure I could have missed something.

Would it be better to use VIPM to create a package which installs the necessary files to the correct relative paths?

Thanks,

H

VIPM would be my recommendation.

A more extended reply as to why is better to install your templates and other dependencies in vi.lib vs helping them local to your project:
