32-bit data transfer possible in the BURST TRANSFER MODE on the AT-DIO-32HS card ?

I will be programming the AT-DIO-32HS card for the BURST TRANSFER MODE . I want to confirm that I can use this for 32-bit data transfer...meaning create a single group with 4 ports. Will that work in this mode ?

Hi Raminta,

Thank you for posting to the National Instruments forums.  Using the AT-DIO-32HS card with 32-bit Burst Transfer Mode should be fine.  I was able to simulate this functionality in LabVIEW with the “Cont Write Dig Chan-Burst.vi” example, and the NI-6533, which is a similar device to yours.  Unfortunately, this example uses DAQmx instead of Traditional DAQ, but it should be a similar setup to your own system.
