6537 driver problem

Hi All,

Sorry to bother. I have a DAQ6537, which works well in last week. But it does not work now.

I checked it on MAX. It is shown in following image (Red box). As my known, the left logo should be green if everything works.

Does anyone know it is hardware problem or software driver problem?

BTW: I set it up in TWO computers, with the same problem.

Thanks

Liang

Hi Liang,

Does the device show up properly under Device Manager in Windows?

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your reply.  I just check on my PC, there is nothing for DAQ device. (Same on TWO PC)

Is that hardware problem?

Thanks

Liang

Hi Liang,

It sounds like it probably is a hardware issue with the 6537.  To be sure though, I would recommend making sure you have the latest version of the DAQmx driver installed on your computers.  The latest version can be found at the link below.

NI-DAQmx 9.7

Another thing you could check is to try different PCIe slot on the computers.

If you determine that you would like to have the device sent in for repair, then you can give National Instruments a call at 800-531-5066.
