Analog isolation

Between my ground from the input system and the ground DAQ exist 50 volts, How can I isolate the input signal...??? I need to work in differential mode

All you will need is a signal condition module that is isolated. I would suggest using the SCXI 1125 for high channel counts and the SCC-AIxx for low channel counts. These devices take true differential measurements and are capable of measuring voltages referenced above the DAQ ground.
