Hi Jose!

This error usually happens in one of two conditions: you are using a Fluke 5700 series 1 for your calibration or you are using a PCI-GPIB Controller. As of this version of calibration executive there is no a direct fix to this issues. You can try one of this workarounds:

1. Generally, if you keep pressing Retry on the error window, then the calibration routine will eventually complete, usually after a few tries.
2. You can use a USB-GPIB Controller instead of a PCI-GPIB Controller. This should fix the problem.
3. Use a Fluke 5700 Series 2
