Hi,
Please refer below for my problem.
To stop my program, normally i press ctrl-d at the keyboard but now i want stop it by sending the code through string.
May i know what is the string code for the ctrl-d?

You seem to have problems posting to the correct board. This has nothing to do with digital I/O.
Ctl-D is the EOT character. Hex and decimal 04.
This sort of information is found on an ASCII table.
