I have been having issues with the Measurement and Automation explorer detecting a USB-6509 and a USB-6525. I am able to register the devices with NI, but Measurement and Automation is unable to detect them. I have reinstalled the drivers and M&A more than once with no luck. Windows Device Manager is able to correctly identify and install the drivers for them.
Any ideas?

Hey Aron,
In order to help you, can you tell me which operating system are you using? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit? Also what is the version of DAQmx that you have installed? Have you tried refreshing the MAX devices and interface list by going to VIew>>Refresh?

I am using 32 bit XP, and I was using DAQmx 9.2, but I was able to fix the problem by uninstalling every bit of NI software, deleting every registry entry that mentioned NI, and then re-installing DAQmx 9.1.
I tried everything from reinstalling with every install feature enabled to attempting to set up a simulated device to try to get MAX to configure the existing, but undetected, devices.
The devices were immediately detected and everything works now.
