Device doesnot respond to selected base address

I'm trying to install a DAQPAD 6507 (USB) box to run under XP and with LabView 6.1 with the legacy NI-DAQ 7.4.1 driver and when running a resource test, I got this message "does not respond to selected base address".  I am wondering if I am using the correct driver?  Any experience with this type of error?

Hello Hubert,

You must have LabVIEW 7.0 or later to use Traditional NI-DAQ 7.4.1.  I would recommend uninstalling Traditional NI-DAQ 7.4.1 and instead installing NI-DAQ 7.4.0, which is the latest version of Traditional NI-DAQ that can be used with LabVIEW 6.1.   More information about DAQ driver and LabVIEW compatibility can be found in the following Knowledgebase.
