I set the IP address in static, the only other possibility is local only, but it is realtime...

no reason for me to get any comunication problem, an so, still there no programming and  Inconsistend IP setting

Updated to runtime 2025 q1 on the PC.
but same behaviour.

Is RAD utility compatible only to a certain point to on the CRIO OS?
do I need downgrade fot CRIO?
