False errors concerning indicator and control wiring connections

hi, I have recently purchased a new DAQ and DIO card.
And I am replacing my computer control for an experiment. But when replacing a Cluster which is to be read into the new DIO Vi it seems to suggest that I have connected an indicator to an indicator.
This is simply not true. I have definitly connected an indicator to a control. I am not sure what I can do about this. The VI's were previously created in Labview 5.0 and before replacing the cluster with an adjusted one the indicator seemed to work.
I am currently using LabView 8.2. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Can you attach your file to a post so I can take a look at it? Also can you describe exactly what you are trying to do with it.
