HighSpeed Digital IO - 6556. Internal Hardware Error occurred in MIG hardware. Status Code: -239315

Hi,

I have a couple of 6556 cards and one of them is showing some error, status code -239315.

It does not allow reset - self calibration or pretty much anything within Ni-MAX ... the other card its OK.

I tried reseting the Max data base and did not work, multiple reboots nothing really happens.
Here is a snapshot. 

Any help or guidance will be highly appreciated.

Internal hardware error means there is something seriously wrong on the hardware. Many cases, it will just go away with reset but in your case it doesn't. You've to contact NI for repairs.

Thank you, I will contact them .. just wanted to give it a try and see if anybody had same issues.  

I may need to plan to find another unit, just in case ... however they do seem to be scarce.
