How can I get more flush mount brackets for a CB-100?

I've misplaced the flush mounts brackets that attach to each side of the two terminals supplied with the CB-100.

I don't believe NI sells those parts by itself. The best way to go is to give NI a call and speak with an ISR (Internal Sales Rep).
