I have a NI-DAQ 6713 and NI-SCOPE 5112. In order to control the acquisition of the NI-SCOPE, an external 20K Hz Pulse input to the 6713. And the 6713 would generate a 20 Hz pulse. The problem is : How can i use the 20 Hz pulse to gate the 6713 to rout the 20k Hz input to an digital out port. Thanks.

1. if the frequency of gate signal and source signal are fixed, you can use finite generation and retriggerable start trigger mode to accomplish this.

2. U can configure a counter output 20k hz signal and route the 20 hz gate signal as start trigger and pause trigger.

Thank you.

But i can't  regenerate a 20K Hz signal. I must use the original signal, because this signal is an  synchronous signal between two equiments.
